• Name — as you provide it on WhatsApp
• Phone number — your WhatsApp number when you message us
• Transaction details — information about gold items you wish to buy or sell, shared by you

We do not collect payment card details, NRIC numbers, or any sensitive personal data. We do not use contact forms or account registration on this website.

2. How we use your data

We use the personal data you share solely to:

• Respond to your buy or sell enquiry via WhatsApp
• Provide you with a price quote
• Arrange a transaction if you choose to proceed
• Follow up on an existing transaction if needed

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not add you to any mailing lists.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored within WhatsApp’s platform (governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and Meta’s data practices). We do not store your personal data on any additional external servers or databases.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your WhatsApp conversation and contact details for as long as is necessary to complete your transaction and for a reasonable period thereafter for any follow-up queries.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for us to use your data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

The only cookies that may be set are technical cookies required for the website to function, set by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages / Vercel).

Assure Gold is committed to complying with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We are a licensed Precious Stones and Precious Metals dealer registered with the Ministry of Law, Republic of Singapore.
