Delivery & Meetup

How we arrange the handover of your gold purchase safely and conveniently anywhere in Singapore.

Short version: We meet you in person at a location of your choice in Singapore, or deliver via registered mail. All transactions include a live XRF test before you pay.

1. In-person meetup (recommended)

For most transactions, we recommend meeting in person. This lets you:

We can meet at any convenient public location in Singapore — MRT stations, shopping malls, or your preferred location. We cover most areas in Singapore. Meetup is arranged via WhatsApp at a time that suits you.

No travel charges for meetups within Singapore.

2. Delivery

For customers who prefer home delivery, we offer:

Important: For high-value items (above SGD 1,000), we strongly recommend in-person meetup instead of delivery. We reserve the right to decline delivery for high-value transactions and request a meetup instead.

3. Packaging

All items are carefully packed in a padded envelope or jewellery box before dispatch. We do not indicate the contents on the exterior packaging for security reasons.

4. International orders

We currently only serve customers within Singapore. We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Lost or damaged items in transit

In the unlikely event that a registered mail item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with Singapore Post to file a claim on your behalf. Our liability is limited to the Singapore Post insurance coverage for registered mail.

For this reason, we recommend in-person meetup for high-value purchases.
